   Welcome to Glosphere Spanish. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Glosphere Spanish is a brand created and managed by Jazmín González García. All content, classes, teaching materials, images, videos, texts, and resources published or shared are the intellectual property of the owner and are protected by copyright laws.

2. Use of Content
   The content offered by Glosphere Spanish is intended solely for the personal and educational use of enrolled students. Reproduction, distribution, sale, modification, or use for commercial purposes without the express written authorization of the owner is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. Description of Service
   Glosphere Spanish offers educational services for learning the Spanish language, including personalized classes, support materials, cultural activities, and other pedagogical resources.

5. Registration and User Account
   To access certain services, you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

6. Acceptable Use
   You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our site for fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal activities.

7. Classes, Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
   Classes may be individual or group sessions conducted online, depending on the availability of Glosphere Spanish.

Payments must be made in advance. Once the payment is confirmed, your spot in the class or program is secured.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing our services, you accept this condition.

In cases of unnotified absences with less than 24 hours’ notice, the class will be considered taken and will not be rescheduled.

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, they must give at least 24 hours’ notice. Timely cancellation allows the class to be rescheduled within the same calendar month, subject to availability.

If the teacher needs to reschedule a class, a new date will be proposed in mutual agreement with the student.

8. Changes to the Service
   We reserve the right to modify or suspend any part of the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

9. External Links
   Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Limitation of Liability
    Glosphere Spanish shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or services.

11. Indemnification
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glosphere Spanish, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
    (i) your use of and access to the service;
    (ii) your violation of any term of this agreement;
    (iii) your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, property, or privacy rights;
    (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this agreement and your use of the service.

    The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

13. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.

14. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. If this is not achieved, legal action will be taken.

15. Termination
    Glosphere Spanish may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach the legal terms and conditions of this site.

16. Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Glosphere Spanish and supersede any prior agreements.
